My blood results are emailed.

What could be improved

Nurses, patients and doctors working together, rather than doctors covering up for incompetent nurses, in the Sussex Kidney Unit, which then results in patients like myself feeling depressed and suicidal. I am currently at the lowest point in my life, because I try so hard to improve the system, rather than appreciate my help, I am treated like a disruptive patient, which I am not.

Anything else?

PALs and Complaints offers tend to be doctor-centred and this further alienates patients. There is a tendency to 'forget' to follow-up complaints, which puts additional stress on the patients and this creates an intimidating environment whereby patients feel ill attending the hospital. I am not the only one who feels this way!
