I have just undergone a knee replacement and post-operative care on Ward 18, Bishop Auckland Hospital. From start to finish I was very impressed by the care and compassion I received and the lovely treatment I received from all staff concerned, without exception. I was treated with respect and thoughtfulness throughout and can heartily recommend the staff who work in all areas of Ward 18 for their competence and professionalism. Many thanks to you all.
