"Sympathetic care for my chronic fatigue"

Just wanted to say I found the CFS/ME service under Bolton / Bury very helpful, the therapist was lovely , the dr is informative, understanding, sympathetic and not dismissive.

When you have a conditon like CFS, and the science on the cause is unclear, you can get treated disgustingly by some g.ps etc but the service I got through the Bolton and Bury cfs team was a real beacon of light and gave some hope to a very bleak future.

There is no cure, but being respected, listened to, having someone with genuine knowledge, it is nothing short of a lifeline, the info on pacing and diet and supplements was helpful and the access to a clued up and compassionate ME specialist was so appreciated and i am so grateful i am within the postode where I was able to benefit.
