Was so proud of our NHS last week.
My husband went to the GP on Monday, was called by UCH Macmillan Centre on Tuesday and given an appointment for Friday.
He was called in to see the consultant five minutes early, had an examination and ultrasound scan and was done and dusted within an hour and a half.
The reception and waiting areas are modern, clean and spacious, the staff are without exception friendly, kind and helpful.
My husband received the all-clear, which I must admit adds to the rosy glow.
This was not his first visit to UCH in recent years and he always speaks very highly of the hospital and staff.
