"Efficient"

I have had cause to use this clinic on numerous occasions recently. I really can’t fault the staff but because there is such a high demand there can be a considerable wait until you are attended to, I have on at least one occasion left and returned the next day. However the staff are efficient, courteous, cheerful and, in my experience, the procedure is pain free.
