From the initial referral by my go l found the system and care at the bdgh well below expected standards of a modern hospital run by the NHS.
It has been an ordeal for me to simply try to talk to appointments after the hospital had cancelled my appointment, the system puts you on hold you have to negotiate automatic answer systems and seem to go round in circles only to be told to ring back later.
After multiple times of this you tend to despair bearing in mind that many people have simply not got the effort or energy to keep trying to use this system.
This is only the start of many problems that l have had with the hospital
