About: Princess Royal University Hospital / Urology

After being admitted to hospital at the beginning of September 2017, on discharge, I was advised that I will be advised of a date to attend a CT Scan on behalf f the Urology department.

Having had the scan I was advised that the results will be with me within two weeks.

It is now 4 weeks and I, still, have not had any results, leaving me to call my GP, where I was advised the results are with the surgery.

Communication could have been made much easier if we are simply advised to contact our GP (for outpatients) for the results rather than waiting for correspondence through the post, which has yet to arrive.

Sorry to hear about your difficulties whilst under the care of the PRUH. If your issue are not yet resolved, it would be worthwhile contacting our local patent support groups and my college Lucy Hamer will be able to help. such.hamer1@nhs.net
