About: The Royal Liverpool University Hospital / Ophthalmology

Our appointment was at 1.00 pm with the doctor, Sat and Waited, had the eye drops, then another went by, and another, went to the reception, they asked me if we had the right department, what, then got told that the doctor was not doing clinic that day, so we had to see someone who was a nurse we think, wasted of time that was, all they went on about was going on a clinical trial, all of this took 4 hours in the end, disgusted, next appointment was to be in 3 months, nothing came, phoned them 2 weeks ago and nothing was on computer, so appointment made for this Friday 13th October at 10l,30 with the doctor that remains to be seen we are not about to s it around again for 4 hours, appointment system need to be sorted to be honest, it is a joke
