"Pain in Stomach"

About: West Middlesex University Hospital

Given that I had cancer twice, had pancreatitis and had my gall bladder removed, have stomach ulcers and also a hernia. The Dr who I saw was interested in only giving me pain killers.I explained that apart from paracetamol, the other painkillers gave me side effects to which they looked exasperated and told me well what do you want me to do.

The doctor got one of the staff member to make an appointment for me to see my GP

After waiting 3 hours and in a lot of pain, I was in tears and left as I was really distraught. I explained to them much as they did not want to see me, I did not want to be there either and left still on a lot of pain.

They rang me 15 minutes later on my mobile and said if I had a fever or was vomiting to come back to A and E

I have been in a lot of pain and waiting to see my GP on Monday evening. I have lost half a stone in a week as unable to eat. What can I say :-(
