I recently had a course of hydropool sessions at Wexham and it has been really helpful.
The staff were so friendly and caring and the warm water was really good for my muscle pain.
I am grateful that I was able to be referred here and that these facilities are available on the nhs for chronic pain patients - it is so important for us.
