"Staff nurse compassionate care"

About: Chelsea & Westminster Hospital / Accident and emergency

(as a friend),

I accompanied an elderly neighbour to Chelsea and Westminster hospital via St John's Ambulance via referral from her (and my) amazing GP (Belgrave Medical Centre). Paramedics were awesome and had a tough job convincing her but with her GP on the phone they managed to reassure her. Staff nurse Melissa at Chelsea and Westminster hospital smiled and spoke with her firmly but with compassion even when shouted at. I have seen indifference in healthcare and this virtual team were fantastic.
