Patients waiting area very loud with a lot of kids I know this can't be helped though

We try to practice our NHS Lanarkshire Values towards our patients which should include

treating with Respect, Fairness and to provide a Quality service for everyone. I'm sorry on this occasion you felt a bit more time was needed.

And to make the department less noisey for everyone.
