What I liked
Both of my parents-in-law have been treated there over the last 2 months, each in different wards. My brother-in-law died there this month.
The hospital is dirty, inside and out and the doctors don't disseminate information to the nursing staff and the overall management of the hospital is atrocious. The funeral directors chosen to handle my brother-in-laws funeral were given an incorrect height by the hospital with the result that the coffin chosen in not suitable. The clothes we wished to bury him in have vanished from the hospital, despite the fact that he died in them.
This is the worst hospital I have come across in the UK and would advise no-one to use it if they have any other choice.
What could be improved
Everything!
Anything else?
Why is the Chief Executive's contact information not available? Complaining through the hospitals prescribed channels is of no use whatsoever.
