"Thank you for making me feel at home"

In the last six months I have visited arrow park in several occasions due to different test ordered by the hematology department.

Walking into this huge hospital can be a bit overwhelming, however the staff had made every single one of my visitis a total pleasure. First the main reception staff were very helpful indicating me witch way to go. Secondly I would like to mention that, while walking and getring lost in two of my visits, staff had stop me and help me to find my way, just because I looked lost, without me asking. This is something that it really shows me how good they are at their job. Thirdly to mention the ultrasound department that accommodated my scans on the same day so I did not have to wait 2h in between different ultrasounds. I would like to say thank you to the doctor who did my scan, who made me feel reassure and who went the extra mile and scaned my throat when it was not scheduled... I would like to say thank you to the hematology departmen too.as they make me feel welcome and cared for. You are real heroes . Thank you
