My mum was in critical care and sadly passed away after spending last Saturday and Sunday there. The level of care she received from both doctors and nurses was outstanding and il be eternally grateful for the way we were treated and the level of respect shown to my mum in her final hours.
The member of staff looking after Mum on the Sunday and during this time went above and beyond their role as a nurse. They made the worst time of my life a little more bearable. After loosing my dad exactly 4 weeks prior to loosing my mum and also being heavily pregnant I was not in a great place. This nurse and the other nurses made sure I was ok aswel as caring for my Mum. The doctors were extremely professional and caring and did everything they could to help. From me and my family we would like to say a huge thank you x
