About: Chorley & South Ribble Hospital / General surgery

Arrived half hour early... Passed from one department to another for 45 minutes as nobody could find me on any register, eventually pointed to the right one Which was the first one!! Receptionist there was nothing short of aggressive and arrogant. Thankfully other staff were lovely. Signage is appalling and parking charges extortionate. Not a place I want to visit again soon.

We are sorry to read you were left with such a poor impression after your visit to Chorley Hospital.

If you would consider contacting the Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) on 01772 522972 we can address the issue of the way you were received by Reception as this is certainly not acceptable.

PALS can also liaise with the Estates department to see what can be done to improve signage.
