I had a referral and I was very anxious.
The staff there could not have been nicer.
They were very receptive to how I was feeling and I was dealt with a friendly manner.
The mammogram person was amazing, went to great lengths to explain the process and explain the mammogram picture afterwards.
The ultrasound person was also amazing.
They took the time to explain what was going on, and why I was having the scan done as I was not expecting to have that too.
Again they talked through the results with me and was so compassionate.
Whilst I hated being there because I feared the outcome, it could have not been a calmer and more relaxed and friendly environment.
The consultant was great, again explaining so that I could understand the days events.
I left feeling relieved and with the relief that I would be checked on a regular basis moving forward.
A massive thank you to all involved.
You were an amazing team.
