"Surveillance Colonoscopy"

About: Queen Margaret Hospital / Endoscopy

(as the patient),

I recently attended for a 5 year surveillance colonoscopy at the Queen Margaret Hospital Endoscopy Unit, Dunfermline, Fife and although a good distance from my home I was pleased to find that the directions provided in my appointment pack were good and easy to follow. The unit has recently opened and is easy to find within the hospital. Once there I was met by friendly efficient nursing staff who manage my journey throughout the process.   The procedure was carried by an excellent consultant who put me at ease from the start. Results were provided at the conclusion and all topped off by the cheerful and dedicated staff that took care of me in the recovery area.   Very happy indeed with the care provided at the Queen Margaret Endoscopy Unit, Fife.

Dear SmudgerJ

Thank you so much for taking your time to comment about your recent visit to the Regional Endoscopy Unit at Queen Margaret Hospital. I am very pleased to learn that your journey in the unit was very positive, from start to finish. You felt that staff were very friendly and efficient, which is very encouraging. I will certainly pass your comments to all staff, whom am sure will be equally pleased.

Kindest regards

Nothando Senda-Ndaba (Sister)
