"The commitment of the staff was very obvious on all levels"

About: Royal Oldham Hospital / Maternity

(as a service user),

We had a great level of care, and in an adverse day we still managed to have our elective section, during surgery the commitment of the staff was very obvious on all levels.

This made us feel that we were just as important as any other patient including emergencies as the surgical team went the extra mile. On the ward the staff have always been prompt when we needed them and delivered great advise and guidance but at the same time listened to our choices too.

If I could of asked for one thing to be better it would be the fact that there was no beds when we first arrived causing confusion, this led to the fact that we were first in but last seen which was frustrating, although after that we had a great experience.
