My soon to be 95 yr old mum has had 2 stays in Gloucester Royal this year.
From A&E to the various wards she ended up on I can not fault the care she received. The staff were proactive they listened they communicated they responded and changed plans to meet mums care needs when needed.
An amazing change from. 6 years ago when dad was there.Gallery Ward is unrecognisable from the old Rehab 2 and the Doctor was so accessible and realy cared. Well done.
