I broke my ankle in Northumbria and was initially treated in Cumbria.  Since returning home I have had 2 appointments at Poole Hospital to check progress.  I have been very impressed with the Fracture Clinic - efficient service through X ray, seeing the doctor, and out in less than an hour on both occasions.  Thank you.

I was also able to make a physiotherapy appointment at Wimborne Hospital on the day I was referred.  Again, friendly efficient and helpful appointment.  Well done NHS!

I was very sorry to hear that you broke your ankle while you were away.

Thank you very much for taking the trouble to pass on your lovely comments to the staff who have been treating you.

I have passed these on to the x-ray, orthopaedic and outpatient teams.

Comments such as yours really do give them a lift in their busy lives.
