"Day surgery unit"

I had day surgery, as I had to have a biopsy done of my nose under GA.

I suffer from Asthma and in the past I have had asthma attacks following a GA.

However when the anaesthetics came to see me, they started me on medication to prevent an asthma attack occurring.

Surgery went with no problems, my asthma played up a little bit, mixed with an anxiety attack, however the staff where wonderfully and I was given treatment to relax me and once I woke up a couple of hours later I felt so much better. I can't thank the staff enough for sorting me out.
