I need to arrange an appointment for an echo cardiogram following bypass surgery 12 months ago. The proposal was that if there was no problem with the results then my medication would be changed .
I have found it quite impossible to make phone contact with cardiology to arrange this simple investigation It is as if the reception desk is never occupied . Will this mean that in order to arrange an echo cardiogram I will have to make a journey to Barnet and spend half a morning there, if not longer trying to arrange an appointment which was advised 8-9 months ago,[ the approximate date of my last meeting with cardiology
