"3 monthly review sad to read other scathing..."

The centre was very busy when I went in last week. But a true reflection of how important the Sutherland is to service users. Everybody was being called in without too much of a wait. I have accepted that the Doctor's are there to protects us from ourselves.

Only now am I realising that the solution is not in just pills. I have looked for answers in them when I should be looking at diet and exercise. After coming off a particularly nasty drug I was anticipating severe depression but instead I am lighter in mood and far more active. It was obviously a contributing factor to depression itself.

Its only because of the professional I have right now do I have strength to go forward with the cuts we have made. However There is anxiety there in a small way, but this person has gone to great lengths to support me. I only hope that he / she stays. I have sleeping issues but The Sutherland is working well for me.
