"I left with an injection in my leg, happy and relaxed"

About: Tameside General Hospital / Trauma and orthopaedics

(as the patient),

I arrived at the orthopaedic clinic at 4pm, which was my appointment, and the clinic was full. I expected to be there a long time, but the receptionist apologised for the delay and I was called in after 20 minutes.

The doctor and nurse I saw were both very pleasant and made me feel very relaxed and comfortable. I have no complaints about my time there.

Thanks for submitting these comments about the Orthopaedic clinic at Tameside Hospital. Any delay is regrettable, but I am pleased the receptionist offered apologies. I hope the outcome was successful
