"She has been amazing from day one"

About: Inclusion Matters Wirral

(as a service user),

I attended Wirral Inclusion Matters for 20 Sessions. I was working with my counselor Jaqui. I am facing a long battle health-wise for which I was struggling to come to terms with.

Jacqui has been amazing from day one. I found her totally professional, caring and helpful; in fact very helpful. She has helped me with learning how to manage my anxieties. She has never failed me in my darkest hour; in fact she has helped me so much I feel I now accept my health and has given me new hope to move on with my battle.

She is a lovely, caring professional and I thank her so much for all her assistance.
