Dear sj

I must firstly apologise for the delay in responding to your story however I can advise that I did read your story on the day it was posted and shared it with staff in our Emergency Department who were delighted to hear your positive feedback.

I was pleased to hear that you found our staff to be superb throughout your time there and really appreciate you taking the time to share your story, particularly when you have a broken wrist and were struggling to type!

I hope you have now fully recovered and wish you a very merry christmas and happy new year.

Thanks,
Karen
