I would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused whilst trying to contact the Neurology Department.

I have spoken to the secretaries and passed on your comments & concerns regarding the service we are providing.

Unfortunately there have been some absences from work in the last 2 -3 weeks.

Staff have made every effort to ensure all left messages are contacted/answered in a timely manner.

Once again please accept my apologies.
