About: St Richard's Hospital

Was referred to Opthamology four months ago, was warned of a long wait, and my appointment would be in October.

It's now October and....nada.

Just tried phoning - no one answered, despite my hanging on for 15 minutes (via the switchboard, who didn't come back and try another line...).
