"People love to complain"

I had to have a blood test done and I have avoided going because I have heard such bad things about waiting times etc.

However, I was in and out really quickly. I have in the past had blood tests where nurses have causes a lot of bruising as my veins are difficult to find. The nurse was excellent, hardly a scratch on me.

I believe this a great little service saving us travelling large distances ands paying a lot for parking.
