What I liked

my son was in the neo natal unit. Staff were very sensitive to parents needs at such a stressfull time, and breast feeding/pumping rooms were exceptional.

What could be improved

Sometimes had to wait along time to see a consultant, even though were given a rough time of when we were going to be seen.

We are sorry to hear that you had to wait a long time to see the consultant, unfortunately whilst we do endeavour to keep appointments to time, this is not always possible . We hope you were given an explanation on why you were required to wait and that the rough time you were given to be seen was helpful.
