"Out patient appointment at eye OPD"

About: The Royal Victoria Infirmary / Ophthalmology

I attended the eye out patients dept today to see the doctor's team. I feel that the service I received was first class.

Each individual professional introduced themselves to me and I was treated courteously and with respect. This included the receptionist, nursing staff, doctors, Consultant and photographer. Everything was explained to me in a very friendly and compassionate way.
