Seen by ENT consultant 28 Sept, based upon Chelmer Village Surgery GP referral.

When registering at the clinic's computer terminal, it was a pleasant surprise to see the names of the audiologist and consultant listed, as frequently, it is unclear who you will be seeing.

The receptionist was most pleasant, the facility clean/tidy.

I was seen by the audiologist before my scheduled time (reportedly a no show).

The audiologist was extremely pleasant, informative and professional.

The doctor saw me at the scheduled time (my first experience being seen on time in any clinic/facility); again, the doctor was most pleasant, information and professional.

I wish to thank them for the excellent service provided me.
