What I liked

I was in A & E and the care was exceptional. The waiting was expected, but minimal. A Nurse or in my case also the Doctor kept me informed of progress, and why.

There was a feeling of genuine care and it was great to be able to experience a sense of humour. as well!

I was there from 2.30pm on the 2nd Sept. and would like the Staff on at that time to know of my appreciation.

p.s. There was a time when we nearly moved to the Isle of Wight. I am so glad we didn't!

Just to say that I was treated with courtesy and sensitivity by the Radiographers.

It is always reassuring to hear when patients feel they have been treated well and we are grateful that Ms Holwell has taken time to give us this feedback. These very positive remarks have been fed back to the A&E and Radiology Departments with a request that the staff who were on duty on 2 September know how much their care was appreciated.
