My grandson arrived one week ago today, after a fairly straight forward pregnancy. My daughter was induced, as she had gestational diabetes.
The staff were lovely. They talked to her about every aspect of the birth, what they were doing and why. They encouraged her and her husband and importantly,I believe, were friendly.
My daughters recovery has been good because she was given the confidence to birth the baby in the best way for her. Her care postnatally has been just as good.
I would highly recommend this hospital. From the midwives, Drs, support workers to the porter that took her to the ward, all were professional and caring.
