"My daughter's consultant appointment"

After 2 years going round in circles 're my daughter's tonsils we finally got a referral for her to see a specialist. I chose the kings oak as it was the closest appointment and most convenient. So we get there and the specialist looked at her throat. They told us she had tonsils stones and the nhs won't fund the op. They then told her she was too obese for surgery and she should just scrape the pus out with a cotton bud!. They offered her a nasal spray. My daughter ran out crying. I demanded an appointment with my doctor the same day. My doc told me " they don't like to do nhs appointments at the kings oak" and 're referred us. We attended barnet hosp 2 months later. The specialist took one look at her throat and said the tonsils must come out!!! She had the surgery 12 days ago. Disgusting treatment at kings oak and telling a girl she's too fat for surgery. Hang your heads in shame!!!
