"Never feel listened to"

I feel I have been mistreated physically & mentally. I feel this is wrong. I also believe that the correct blood tests were not done.

I feel they think I'm talking nonsense, I never feel listened to and how certain conditions affect me & what effects they have on me.

They wouldn't operate on me with high blood results. I was promised they would and feel let down by them saying yes they will do it but now they won't.

I was told one thing, it feels like others are told something different. When I challenged them on things I didn't agree with, I was to keep my mouth shut. I felt this was unfair.

They refuse to treat me, so what can be done about the service?
