"Appt at X-ray dept"

I was referred by my GP for X-ray on my left knee , I duly arrived at my appt time at 1740hrs with a few minutes to spare , I was booked in and asked to wait in the waiting area , a member of staff came out and very politely told me I was the next patient , they ask me to change into a hospital gown and wait a couple of minutes , then dead on time I went in and the procedure was explained and carried out by 2 medical staff who were very proficient and made you feel at ease , well done and thank you to them , we are so lucky to have such a fine hospital on our door step , and first class staff that means everyone to run such an establishment so efficiently.
