"Excellent service"

I visited the minor injuries unit this morning having slipped and fallen on my knee which had been replaced some 4 years ago.

The nurses seen were , kind, efficient and knowledgeable ,I was seen immeadiately referred to X-ray and had an series of X-rays which were then looked at by the nursing staff who confirmed nothing was broken or damaged just bruising.

The whole visit was over in less than 30 minutes and we did not even have to pay for parking.

If only all visits were like this.
