"Treatment"

About: Springfield University Hospital (London)

I was passed from doctor to doctor and not one helped me like they said. I got about 12 diagnoses and was put on waiting lists that were canceled after months or put with people who were extremely disturbing. Not one ounce of empathy. None. The therapy I had was group and focused on other people who spent time fighting or being disruptive so no therapy really took place. My individual therapy was mediocre. Sitting in silence for an hour. I was blamed for my abuse in my infancy and given awful social workers and doctors that met me once and labelled me spoilt or pampered because I would express my sadness about not feeling listened to.

I hate this place. It made me worse then blamed me then dropped me like nothing. Perhaps I had a lucky escape.
