"Confused"

About: Liverpool Womens Hospital

(as a service user),

I was referred to urogyn clinic which then I saw a really nice nurse. 'Chris I think her name was. Anyway she explained everything I wanted to know about my symptoms of prolapse and referred me to physio in the same hospital.

I waited 7/8 weeks for appointment. Straight away when I arrived I felt very uncomfortable. A  physio completely contradicting everything the nurse said. Every question I had I felt they either smirked at me or just said hmm no.

I dint want to go back to them but don't know how to go about changing the physio person

Thank you for using Care Opinion to let us know of your experience. I am sorry your experience was not a positive one when you attended Hospital. From the details you have shared I understand how confusing this situation must have been for you.

I want to be able ease any concerns you have and see what we can do with your future appointments. Can I ask that you contact our Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) on 0151 702 4353 or via email PALS@LWH.NHS.UK. They will take some personal details from you so we can find your records and they will put you in touch with either myself or another member of the Gynaecology team where we will be able to address your specific case in more detail.

Regards
