I had to attend A&E as an emergency, they didn't listen to what I was saying and I would have been discharged if my wife hadnt' pushed and contacted the Gastro Consultant personally.
Dr was absolutely brilliant and looked after me very well. The staff on the endoscopy unit were very professional and caring and made me feel safe in their care.
The staff on MAU were absolutely fantastic and although the unit was very busy, they were very caring and looked after me very well.
The unit does need more nurses, and delivered care with a smile and humour, in difficult circumstances.
