What I liked

Plaster Room Nurse, who tried her best in a difficult situation and never gave up.

What could be improved

Communication between different hospitals!

It took nearly a week to get Cheltenham General Plaster Room Nurses to talk to the Ortho Reg in Cardiff so I could have my damaged cast changed.

In the end I had to involve my GP Surgery and make numerous calls to both Hospitals.

In the end it was Cardiff who got through to Cheltenham.
