Very attentive, caring and efficient staff. Got an assessment, all my questions answered and received the treatment by 12:30. The advice that I was given about my treatment was impartial and I was encouraged to ask as many questions as I can.

Arrive by 7:45-8:00, when doors open, to get seen quicker. Patients started coming in for assessment around 9 am,and even though the waiting room was almost full by then, the people were called in pretty quickly.

Would definitely recommend for urgent problems/advice.

The students were lovely, friendly and welcoming and made me feel at ease. They would report every major step of treatment to the tutor, asking for advice of tutor sometimes but only performing actions that they are 100% comfortable with, with the tutor stepping in to help when needed.

Overall, staff and efficiency of the clinic made me much less anxious about the stressful situation and made the experience less stressful than it could be.
