90 year old mother lost glasses. she can not walk so not moving. second pair go missing. next bed another patient losing glasses. eye tests done in this hospital but we could not get it not offered. had to pay £370 for 2 pairs glasses and eye test. legal people at canterbury hospital recommeneded by PALS. no answer to letter.

eye test could have been done in hospital.

hospital at fault here.

paying out side optician expensive. this is silly as patients come from whistable for eye tests at this hospital.

should have lost property so carers know where to go for lost property.

not told ask at ward A ask ward b ..... try ae ....or reception main building or ask desk.

mother can not afford this

nursing care a laugth watch them stand about when buzzers are going.

go to saint augustines ward and watch.

dont have to use the hand cleanser no one cares. watch the visitors and nurses.
