I have had two surgeries at the BMI and have found the patient care to be very good from the nurses HCA's, ward clerks, chef etc who always introduce themselves and provide responsive and compassionate care.
The consultant led care has been exemplary demonstrating a high level of empathy and compassion.
The food is nutritionally balanced, very tasty and well presented by cheerful ladies.
The wards are clean, light and airy.
All in all, the care comes at a very high standard. Where the BMI does fall down is the propensity to incorrectly bill and the long waits past scheduled appointment times. If these last two problems can be addressed then the BMI will be providing a round first class service.
