My GP Dr Henry was faultless in recognising and responding to a deterioration in my mental health. She took the time to listen to me, and respect my thoughts on the options available to me.

She quickly signposted me to Glasgow South wellbeing services who were very responsive to my needs and had me linked into a class within a couple of weeks. When you hear so much about poor funding for mental health services, I was so impressed with how well South Glasgow responded to me. Thank you
