"Delivery suite amazing! Mary ward awful"

About: Royal United Hospital

So after a complicated and traumatic forceps delivery the delivery suite were amazing whilst I was in labour and afterwards, Mary ward however was an absolute joke there was no communication between the staff about me I was left without pain relief after a forceps delivery after being told somebody was going to get it for me. I couldn't walk after having the epidural and was in my own at this point as partner went home to get washed and was told I have to go up and get my own food, didn't get let home until 11.30 pm when I was promised I could go at 9pm because no one bothered seeing to me, and the next day when I had to go back and get checks I could barely walk where I was so swollen and bruised from forceps and I had to lie a cross 3 chairs to be examined!! Couldn't even give me a bed, the list goes on... put me off hospital births for life!
