"Recent operation in BTUH"

About: Basildon University Hospital / Trauma and orthopaedics

Hi recently had a back operation in Basildon hospital. Operation went really well and I stayed in orthopaedics on Horndon ward.

I must say this ward was fantastic, nurses very professional and nothing was too much trouble for them.

Everything they did they explained why it was needed and the listened to any concerns I had. If all the other wards followed this model then they wouldn't go far wrong.

I was really impressed with the treatment received from the doctor and their team. I would certainly recommend the service to friends and family. Just have to recover now. A very positive experience.
