What I liked
I went to the day surgery unit. It was fast, efficient and friendly. I thought about going private and glad I didn't now because I couldn't really fault the NHS here.
What could be improved
The consultant was OK but didn't talk much so assumed I knew more than perhaps I did. Fortunately I was fairly well informed.
Anything else?
